“Awareness, Guidance and Motivational Seminar” with the initiative of Divyang Educational and Welfare Society Sep 9, 2021, at Malegaon
Shri N.D. Mhatre, Chairman & Managing Trustee, “Leela Mhatre Pratishthan” Mumbai, was the Chief Guest who briefed the Hard Work behind receipt of the Presidential Award about making a Handloom for the Disabled and motivated the attendees to strive for perfection and service to the others.
Advocate Momin Musaddique Ahmed, Bombay High Court, highlighted social and financial stigma attached to disabled persons vis a vis medically fit person and emphasized that a differently abled person can perform as efficient as a normal person. He assured his full support to the extent possible in getting their administrative benefits and legally prescribed rights duly envisaged in the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as these rights and benefits are long due for disabled people. He expressed that it is Fight for Right and not for Charity.
Seminar was organized on 9th September 2021 in the Municipal School No.1, Qidwai Road, Malegaon, Dist. Nashik, Maharashtra, registered around 1500 disabled from the regions in and around Malegaon.

In continuation to our Mission of Rehabilitation of Physically challenged Persons, recently we have donated “Leela Rojgar Crutches” and “Leela Rojgar Handloom” to the beneficiaries through the Divyang Education and Welfare Society at Malegaon, during a Grand function on 12th December 2021 which was inaugurated by Mrs. Mayadevi Patole, Addl. Collector, Malegaon.

We Are in A Mission to Make Physically Challenged to be Atma Nirbhar
- Train Physically Challenged Beneficiary to use the instrument efficiently
- Arrange the saleable products free off cost, possibly those made by another disabled person (try to enhance the supply chain) as demanded in the nearby Market Places of that region
- Assist & Supervise the Beneficiary at least for 6 months to achieve his Revenue Targets
