- Arrange the backward (yarn in the form of readymade warper’s beam on the Handloom) integration and the forward (sale of the woven product at competitive price in order to generate a reasonable revenue to the physically challenged beneficiary) integration in such a way that the product selected is having the market value as well as the physically challenged beneficiary is able to earn a reasonable revenue at the end of the day
- Assist & Supervise the Beneficiary at least for 6 months to achieve his Revenue Targets and organize the backward and forward integration efficiently

Rest While You Walk & Earn While You Rest
It was decided to develop low cost and light weight Leela Rojgar Employment Crutches in order to make it handy for the user; which will provide a resting unit also to the user along with the walking aid. Apart from the objective of “Rest while you walk” the same modified crutches are used by disabled persons for earnings through selling of items like newspapers, handkerchiefs, children’s toys, etc., by sitting in the resting unit of these crutches, for prolonged period, in the populated places like markets, state transport stands, railway station areas, etc., in order to achieve the objective of “Earn While You Rest.” Leela Mhatre Pratishthan” also provides a Marketing support in starting the Business.
Rest While You Walk & Earn While You Rest
Handlooms are being used to produce fashion oriented casual wears of shorter length, which are in good demand from international as well as domestic markets. A need was felt to make this sector wide open for disabled persons, as these looms are not electric powered hence the chances of accidents are minimal; since the operation of handloom is totally manual, it can be operated even in remote villages where no electric power supply is available; and providing employment opportunity to disabled persons, thereby making them self reliant (ATMA Nirbhar). The existing handloom, however, is very difficult to operate by a disabled person. Hence, Leela Rojgar Employment handloom was developed by “Leela Mhatre Pratishthan” so that a disabled person can easily operate it.
